Church on Spilled Blood, St Petersburg
St Petersburg: What's good? Magnificent buildings on a truly epic scale, frozen canals, more premium BMW models than I've seen in any city in the world so far, great pastry cafes, Church on Spilled Blood, blinis with red caviar. What's not so good? Public drinking...everywhere in the centre, empty booze bottles resting on the ice, fast and voluminous traffic everywhere, incredibly small and dull airport.
